You can purchase on with any major credit card through the Stripe payment platform. For all subscriptions, we issue an invoice. Please contact us in case you have any questions about your invoice.
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
It's easy to cancel your subscription. To cancel a paid plan, log in to the account you wish to cancel, click your profile photo from the right of the top bar, select Admin panel, navigate to the transactions tab, and then choose the plan you wish to cancel.
